The Men's Haven Group is currently forming. Sessions will begin once the founding circle is complete.

The Men's Haven Group

Most men are surrounded by people. Very few have other men they can actually be honest with.

What This Group Is

The Men's Haven Group is a structured peer support circle for men who are done carrying things alone - but aren't looking for therapy.

It's built on the same principle as the 1-on-1 coaching: men respond better to a clear framework than a motivational speech. The group applies the Safety-to-Growth model collectively - men identifying hazards in each other's situations, sharing real experience, and holding each other accountable to the work they said they'd do.

This is not a venting circle. It's not group therapy. It's a room full of men who show up, speak honestly, and leave with something actionable.

What Actually Happens

Each session has structure. We don't just open the floor and hope something useful comes out.

Opening Check-In

Every man names where he's at - what's creating pressure, what's shifting, what he's been working on. No performance required. Just an honest read of current conditions.

Hazard on the Table

One or two men bring a specific situation for the group to look at together. Not to be fixed - to be seen clearly. The group applies honest eyes, asks direct questions, and helps identify what's actually going on beneath the surface.

Accountability Close

Every man leaves with one specific commitment for the coming week. Not a goal - a commitment. There's a difference. The following session opens with a review of those commitments.

The thread that runs through all of it: real conversation, no judgment, no posturing. Just men being straight with each other - which is rarer than it should be.

Who This Is For

This group is built for men who:

  • Are dealing with pressure - at work, at home, or in themselves - and are tired of managing it alone
  • Want the kind of honest feedback that the people closest to them can't always give
  • Respond to structure and accountability more than open-ended support circles
  • Are ready to show up consistently, not just when things are bad

What This Is Not

The Men's Haven Group is not therapy and is not facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. It is a peer support group - men supporting men through shared experience and structured conversation. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or call 988.
